The context
A food company has many pieces moving at once: orders coming in, a kitchen that needs to know what to prepare, deliveries that have to leave on time and payments that need chasing.
When each piece lives somewhere different, the team finds out about everything late and nobody has the full picture.
What we built
Phase one was the business’s central operations platform. It brings orders, kitchen, logistics and billing into one system.
The goal wasn’t more screens. It was getting the whole team to work together on the same information, instead of chasing orders across chats and spreadsheets.
The whole team, working from the same information.
Where it stands
Phase one just went live, so it’s still early for big numbers. The first step is the team adopting it day to day.
What’s next
Phase two brings two new business lines: a section for companies and customizable lunchbox-style food boxes for consumers. Both are built on the same foundation as phase one.
